We use (and offer) these free Cyrillic fonts for Windows and Mac OS. Unlike standard Cyrillic fonts, they include accented vowels for marking word stress.
A free mnemonic keyboard for typing Russian in Microsoft Windows is available here. It includes an ability to type accented vowels.
Most of our materials are provided free of charge on this site; other publications (dictionaries, textbooks, software, DVDs, videos, etc.) used in our Russian Language Program are available from Slavica Publishers and Lexicon Bridge Publishers.
Some audio materials are available from Cornell's Language Resource Center.
